That's right, you can made savoury dishes using the Classic Blooming Butter too!
Ingredients
- 2 packets 2-minute noodles
- 1/3 cup Classic Blooming Butter
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1/2 tbsp soya sauce (or tamari for a gluten free option)
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Cook the noodles without using the spice mix
- In a bowl whisk the Blooming Butter, water, soya sauce and ginger
- Drain the noodles and then toss in the sauce.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
Tips
You could add in some chopped veggies, or sprinkle sunflower seeds on top; this really can serve as the base to a more complex meal.
I haven't tried it but I am sure some garlic would be nice in here, as well as fresh ginger instead of ground ginger.
