Blooming Butter

That's right, you can made savoury dishes using the Classic Blooming Butter too!

Ingredients

  • 2 packets 2-minute noodles
  • 1/3 cup Classic Blooming Butter
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tbsp soya sauce (or tamari for a gluten free option)
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles without using the spice mix
  2. In a bowl whisk the Blooming Butter, water, soya sauce and ginger
  3. Drain the noodles and then toss in the sauce.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste

Tips

You could add in some chopped veggies, or sprinkle sunflower seeds on top; this really can serve as the base to a more complex meal.

I haven't tried it but I am sure some garlic would be nice in here, as well as fresh ginger instead of ground ginger.
