Blooming Butter

Homemade granola that will have your kitchen smelling like heaven. The natural sweetness of the coconut makes this healthy decadence that can be enjoyed as a nutritious breakfast or afternoon snack with some yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Blooming Butter or Chocolate Coconut Blooming Butter(seasonal)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (I used a flavourless one)
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170C
  2. Mix Blooming Butter and melted coconut oil in large bowl
  3. Add in dry ingredients and mix well
  4. Bake on a lined/sprayed baking tray for about 20min, stirring halfway through
  5. Remove from oven and leave out to dry for at least 30 min until it's nice and dry
  6. Store in an airtight container
