Homemade granola that will have your kitchen smelling like heaven. The natural sweetness of the coconut makes this healthy decadence that can be enjoyed as a nutritious breakfast or afternoon snack with some yoghurt.
Ingredients
- 3 cups oats
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Blooming Butter or Chocolate Coconut Blooming Butter(seasonal)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (I used a flavourless one)
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170C
- Mix Blooming Butter and melted coconut oil in large bowl
- Add in dry ingredients and mix well
- Bake on a lined/sprayed baking tray for about 20min, stirring halfway through
- Remove from oven and leave out to dry for at least 30 min until it's nice and dry
- Store in an airtight container
