These taste just like cookie dough, so delicious and honestly could probably be baked to make cookies as well with the addition of a little baking powder (I will have to try this)
Ingredients
- For the balls
- 1/2 cup Classic Blooming Butter
- 1/8 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- For the chocolate coat/drizzle
- a few blocks of any chocolate (white chocolate recommended)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend the Blooming Butter, coconut flour and vanilla essence until combined
- Pulse in the chocolate chips
- Form balls with hands and place them in the fridge
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted
- You can now either dunk the balls in the chocolate to completely coat them, or drizzle chocolate over the top
- Place in the fridge and allow chocolate to set (about 30 minutes)
