Delicious date balls that you can pack into lunchboxes and picnic boxes, enjoy as a pre-workout energy boost, or take along on long bicycle ride.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates (soak in warm water until soft then drain)
  • 3 tbsp Chocolate Blooming Butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup oats

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and blend.
  2. Form balls by hand.

Tips

Slightly wet hands helps to make the balls without sticking to your hands.
