Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Classic/Crunchy Blooming Butter
- 100 g chopped dried dates
- Splash of water
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a high powered blender, blend Blooming Butter, dates and water. If too dry, add a bit more water to soften
- Scoop & roll into balls, making sure your hands are well coated with coconut flour. Repeat until mixture is used up.
- Freeze bliss bites
- In a deep bowl, melt chocolate in microwave, stirring in 30 second increments & then remove once melted.
- Using a spoon, coat the bliss bites in chocolate, sprinkle with a bit of sea salt if desired & place on a plate lined with baking paper.
- Store in the fridge and grab one when you need a treat.
